WHAT YOU WILL NEED: - 1 1/2 pint Mason jar with lid - Honey - Thyme - Whole Hops Flower - Vervain Fill the jar to the halfway point with honey. Add the roots and hers one at a time focusing on the person who you want to rid of nightmares. Top off with the honey and seal tightly. Store under the person's bed it's intended for.
