Recipe for Four Thieves Vinegar
The interesting thing about recipes for Four Thieves Vinegar is that the ingredients are varying, dependent on the situation. If you are using the spell for protection it would be better to use lavender or sage. Alternatively if your primary focus is banishing, you can focus on using ingredients like black and red pepper. Recipes have also been known to include camphor, clove, rosemary, rue, or other herbs. Some health enthusiasts advocate drinking the mix in small doses. The following recipe is edible, but also feel free to just use the vinegar as an addition to your water when cleaning, your wash, your bath, or just as a spray.
Ingredients:
1 pt. mason jar
1 tsp. Lavender
1 tsp. Thyme
1 tsp. Sage
1 tsp. Garlic, minced
1 cup Apple Cider Vinegar
Mix all ingredients together in your jar. Leave on a windowsill for 24 hours where both the sun’s and moon’s rays will touch and bless it with their energy. Next take the jar and strain off the solids. Then return it to the jar.
